_edited.png)
Dancers, teachers and parents are expected to be kind and respectful to each other within our dance environment. Bullying or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Arrive promptly for class as they start on time each week; please ensure your child arrives no more than 5 minutes prior to class and is collected on time. Under 12 years of age, dancers should be collected from the door of the building. Dancers are the responsibility of the teacher during class time only.
We encourage students to use the toilet prior to coming to class to avoid disruption.
If a child cannot attend class for any reason, please notify us prior to class commencing.
Regular attendance in class is essential for ongoing improvement in dance and social skills, and to prevent students from falling behind, which can affect their confidence and overall performance.
Mobile phones are strictly forbidden while in class.
Strictly no parents/guardians allowed in class, there will be class performances and our annual showcase of which we will notify you.
Students can bring a water bottle and necessary items such as inhaler, epi-pen, or any other medical devices. No toys/teddies permitted.
No food or chewing gum in class.
If for any reason a dancer is not continuing into the next term, we please ask for the parent to inform us.
For safety reasons students are expected to wear appropriate clothing to class e.g. comfortable, loose clothing in which children can move freely, or their Danceworld uniform. Strictly RUNNERS only - no Crocs, UGGs or boots. Jewellery is not permitted.
